3D Printing is still in flux, and there are many printers and slicing software choices that we are unable to give support to printing issues. We do all of our designs based on the Flashforge Finder, and test that they print consistently well with the parts as sold. We include the STL files for each part, all parts, and an STL with supports as we printed it. We are not engineers, but enthusiasts that have painstakingly reworked each model until we were satisfied that it was what we wanted. We figure if we can print it, anyone with rudimentary knowledge of their printer will be able to either reproduce our results or improve them. As printers get better so will the results.
There are a few things we can pass on. Our models all have supports and rafts enables. We tried to do without, but the print succeess was hit and miss. Problems with the raft not sticking to the plate can be solved either by using blue painters tape, or tape with hairspray. Print to the best resolution for best results. Below are the settings we have used consistently for good prints.
